FMGateway Servers are monitored 24/7. If there is a problem with a server or the FileMaker Web Publishing Engine we are alerted immediately. Our staff are alerted by email and by detailed SMS messages sent to their cell phones. Server issues are resolved as quickly as possible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Basic Support
FREE with any hosting account

Email Support is available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Should there be a server emergency, our team will be alerted by both email and SMS and respond immediately.

Ticket Support enables us to quickly handle any issues you may have with your account. Ticket support is very important as it allows us to track your request, and to make sure that all questions are answered. Ticket support is available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

 

FMGateway Monitoring Services

FMGateway uses special software to monitor our Servers and the FileMaker Web Publishing engine. Should there ever be a problem,we are immediately alerted.

Email - Within 30 seconds we receive an email that let's us know the server and the suspected issue

SMS or Text Message - Within 30 seconds we receive a detailed text messages to our phone to alert us to the issue. There are always 2 team members available to respond 24/7.

Backup and data reliability is of upmost concern for FMGateway. We have a rigid backup schedule that includes two daily database backups, 7 days of database backup storage, a daily transfer of a database backup to an offsite server, as well as a daily offsite backup of all the web/PHP files inside of your sites. All 7 days of database backup are available for download 24/7 using our fully automated FMGateway Database Manager web application. Web site files are only available in the event of a server issue. We highly recommend that you keep a full backup of your current web files and regularly download a copy of any databases you have hosted.
